“For I was hungry and you gave me food. I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, I was naked and you gave me clothes. I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me”
Some members of Perry Beeches Baptist Church are members of the West Midlands Chaplaincy Team which was birthed from the New Testament Church of God, but is open to Christians from all denominations.
Every Sunday, one of our teams will be taking the Sunday Service in one of the prisons that we serve, i.e. Featherstone, Oakwood, Stafford, Hewell Prison and Hewell Grange. We are thankful that we can go and minister in prison, sharing the gospel and seeing the lives of people in the prison transformed.
We pray that God will enable us to continue this important work, and be granted opportunities to go into more prisons.
